I'm thinking I'd like to have a reset button to click rather than a flat timer, an inactivity timer, or anything like that. I originally thought I'd like to restrict it to one user at a time, but now think it would be better to not worry about that, in case someone wants to check to see if two people working the system at the same time would cause problems. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

You can limit demo user to specific pages in admin pane and maybe create some script for reset data like in [url=demo.litecart.net]demo.litecart.net[/url] I think tim would be welcome to guide you.
