Reference Invoice

Creates easy to parse reference invoice for external book keeping applications.

Adds an invoice button to orders table for each order.

Generated invoice document can be printed as PDF and can be imported to external financial book keeping system.

Chamber of commerce Id and invoice prefix can be defined in addon's configuration.

For invoice remarks, the desired text value can be set in translations for "ri_tax_remark" code.

In order e-mail template "%order_invoice_url" alias can be used to include a link to reference invoice.

This vMod is not a replacement for financial book keeping solution.
