I will add in a screenshot from another store This panel only provides information about the order volume and products that are in the cart of unregistered customers. For me, this may be a signal that something is wrong with the offer. However, if a customer registers, I convert the cart to a purchase in 85% of cases. BTW what methods do you use to convert abandoned carts? Maybe there are already some add-ons in the Litecart shop that I could have missed.

But in my systems I have chosen a different way. If we want to send emails for abandoned carts, we need the customer email address. My experience has shown that these notifications only work for users who really wanted to order the product but for some reason left without paying. For this reason, I found it right to integrate email notifications into the checkout module, so that I can filter out users who are in demand for the product in question and the system is fully automated. In case of unsuccessful or incomplete orders, the email template I created in advance is forwarded to the customer. I would like to say that the result is excellent. Something like 50% come back again and complete the order.

Is it Litecart software or a third-party application?
2. That would be a nice add-on. How would you like to be able to configure cross selling? I would like to know how it should operate so tell me more about the under the hood stuff.
It seems very simple to me. On the example of our other store. When you add a product to the cart, a window with a section of related products pops up. I'll add a screenshot for example In this case, products are required to perform work with the product being searched for, so such a pop-up is very helpful in self-service sales without the help of customer service I'll paste a link to the product if someone wants to test it. The site is only in Polish (use Chrome translation for a better experience) https://www.budujto.pl/pl/p/Panele-kwarcowe-Guardi/582
alins Designer Från Turkey Medlem sedan apr. 2019 alins 8 aug. 2024 16:17 i use only litecart. i dont like third party integrations if not must have. i apply my modifications only. That lightbox cart preview screen is super easy. But which products you want to display there? By default litecart has a similar products box. İf we need a specialized product listing to display, we will need to create groups with chosen products. This would be most easy and perfect solution for me. While adding or editing products, we can choise which products we want to display together if one them added to cart. i think creating this menagement tool super easy for me in 3-4 hours. Should i create this as an addon? I actully waiting for 3.0 release. Maybe litecart default will have it own like other something else.
adamchaczka LiteCart Fan Från Poland Medlem sedan okt. 2023 adamchaczka 9 aug. 2024 14:06 as you can see this is just box with "related products", so it really shouldn't be difficult if you know what and how. I'm also waiting for the new version of Litecart. In the case of products that I sell, I try to complete a set of required products. The customer doesn't have to think about what they need and what they don't. Just need to know how many. However, most sales in the construction industry require the service of the seller. That's why I don't have to have this pop-up. Although I have to say on the second store it helps to increase the value of the basket. I think this simple solution could be the answer to the 2nd idea of @solarsurfer. Maybe it's not on the checkout page, but I swear it works.
