Purchase price per option

What I would like to see is the ability to set a purchase price per product option.
For example, you have a duck in sizes small, medium and large. The ducks look exactly the same, but differ in size. In this case I create one product with 3 options (S, M, L).
Each size has a different sales price, but also has a different purchasing price.
At the moment it is only possible to set a different sales price per option, and it would be nice if the purchase price could also be entered for each option.

Coming in 3.0 where product options will be replaced by stock items. A separate database table for physical items that can be assigned to products as options. Sku, mpn, gtin, purchase price, weight, dimensions is being moved into stock items.

3.0 is long time delayed but work is ongoing. Current ETA sometime 2024-Q1.
