Register double opt-in

Customers who create an account are forced to confirm their registration by email. 
Clicking on the link in the email confirms their registration and the account is created.
it comes with an admin control under customers app "unconfirmed customers" where you can see when they did register and how many hours passed since registration. 
Once confirmed the registration, the entry will be deleted from "unconfirmed customers".
