Cache Sitemap

This is a vqmod for adding cache for sitemap under the url: `/feeds/sitemap.xml`. When there are lots of products, the sitemap becomes huge in size and demand lots of CPU power. It is better to use cache. The cache will only be generated every 12 hours. (This is customizable)

Note: as v2.5.5 this add is not needed, caching is added into main repository.
