On-Demand Update Guarantee Program

Keeping an add-on frequently up-to-date with every new version of LiteCart can be heavy work. Therefore we have created an on-demand update program. Which means if the add-on is not comaptible with the latest LiteCart version at the time of purchase, the customer is entitled to an update within 14 days.

For a customer to invoke his/her right to request an update, the customer must notify the developer within 14 days of their purchase. From the time of notification, the developer has 14 days to deliver or the customer may rightfully cancel their purchase and be refunded.

Please note add-ons covered by the update program will state so on the add-on page.

If the add-on developer fails to hounour the update program, the customer is entitled to a refund.
