decommission, maintenance

An other version of this plugin has been published on the site for free. It takes time and effort to create and maintain these addons, and im not able to do it for free.
You can probably still use this addon in many LiteCart versions in the future though I here by end maintenance of True Responsive Checkout.

Why does this mod continue to show up at the top of the add-ons list, but you've said you won't be updating it anymore?  Something seems off here.
