Option is hidden if tax id is not filled in

When i choose "tax id (personnummer) must be entered in invoicemodule the module dont show up on orderpage, 
but thats essential that the customers enter that number to shop and pay by invoice, how should i solve that?

ok, it used to work before the recent uppdate om that module but i look in to wiki

Have you tried removing the condition in the code?
