I have seen more and more references to them on various sites, so it seemed a good choice. But I was a bit put off when I read info about if a business participates in an automated invitation request to rate the business, it would result in higher ratings. Thinking that only ratings should influence how high a business is rated, I was a bit concerned. But reading their transparency report, I think they said this because over 70% of ratings are 5 star, so more ratings should mean a higher rating. I'm planning on doing a shopping cart recommender next year, and will probably use Trustpilot ratings as one of the questions, so I'd like to encourage LiteCart fans to rate LiteCart on Trustpilot. Few of the other carts offered from Softaculous have very many if any votes, so this is another area where LiteCart could dominate.

For example me I don't trust any kind big platform reviews. I've seen too many post in blackhat forums where people sell Amazon, Facebook, Youtube and if I remember right, even Trustpilot reviews/comments too. Online reviews should be trusted with caution.
