We can pay for help with square

We are trying to get the square app to work and it seems that the only issue we are having is that once someone goes to checkout, the shipping charge and the tax are not included in the checkout even though those charges show up in the shopping cart. Is this an issue on the square side, or in the litecart settings? We are willing to pay someone to help us get this working.
