Minimum Order Fee

This module allows you to add a minimum order fee to any order that is less than an amount of your choosing.  Most people don't want to pay a fee and end up adding more to their cart to eliminate the fee.

And to help with that, there's now a customizable message telling your customers how much more they need to add to their cart to eliminate the minimum fee, which should help push sales.

Does your vendor charge you extra to ship small orders?  With this module, you can pass that fee along to the customer instead of eating it yourself or imposing a minimum purchase amount.

Another feature of this mod is you can set it up so that items with a weight of zero will no longer be charged the fee.  This is easily set by a Yes/No button in the admin.

N.B. Tested compatible with 2.1.6 or higher.  However if you're using a version lower than 2.2.0, you really should look at upgrading.  Your customers will thank you.  : )
